HAPPY 20TH or whatever

So you're in your twenties and you've most likely past the stage of teenage pimples everywhere, and your skin is looking pretty good. Well I know mine is a lot better now than it was when I was 15 but how do you look after it from here on it? Before you start getting the wrinkles and have to worry about whether to get botox or not.

It;s all about the prevention at this stage of your skin's life. I cannot stress this one enough but SUNCARE is the most important step and not just for your face. Everywhere else on your body ages too just from the sun damage, leathery skin when you're older is not hot no matter how tanned you are. A large amount of skin damage is caused by the suns UV rays hence why it's important to cover up, everyday!

Exfoliate your skin, as when you're in your twenties your cell turnover starts to slow so your both needs a little help to move it along. You can also try a alpha hydroxy treatment at night time which is best as it can irritate the skin and make you sun sensitive.

Get onto a product that has vitamin A in it, as well as having an exfoliating effect, it stimulates the cells that produce collagen when they become a little lazy. Overtime, your skin starts to spring back less and starts to settle into wrinkles so make sure you are using an anti-aging eye cream to focus on your eye area.
