wherever you are in the world, whether its summer or winter. you can still whip your body into shape for the bikini weather.
cardio, cardio, cardio.
bump it up, do more if your trying to lose weight. cycling, running, swimming, jump rope, boxing, rowing.. and swap your office chair for a medicine ball so you work your core without knowing it.
avoid these foods and drinks
steer clear of diary, regular and diet soft drinks, sports drinks and excessive fruit and instead stick to spinach, broccoli, kale, and asparagus, as well as snacks such as raw almonds, red peppers, and celery. Hydrate with water and teas only.
fix dry spots
this means paying extra attention to knees, elbows, heels and hands. exfoliate!!! and moisturise afterwards. use lofah gloves on your body BEFORE getting into the shower, it works better when your body is dry.
book in your wax
nobody wants to have to worry about hair, and for those that leave it over winter. i quote several of my clients.. "if i leave over winter, its so much more painful when i come back in the summer"
no i dont mean find the baby oil and go sit in the sun. im talking about self tanner, whether that be from the shop or at your local salon. just remember to exfoliate before hand and dont apply any creams prior. once the tan is settled, moisturise and moisturise to make it last longer.
